A picnic table that's been sitting beside a lake for years, that can barely be called wood anymore finds a way to host a small beauty.
Mystery has never been more real since the advent of the HD motion sensor trail camera
Why is it some people get cancer but not others? ALS inflicts itself on some of the most athletic humans. Some who are ever careful and mindful of others on the road get hurt in an accident. A dog lover who gets bitten.
Why does a man who prides himself on his good condition and tries to stay in shape has a spasm in one of the blood vessels leading to his heart? And now has to tell his friends and family that, while he has no blockage of any kind, he's had a "heart attack"
I'm currently asking myself the last one.
Here's a mystery for you:
Why is it people drive 45mph through the 55 zone but as soon as we get to the 45 zone they start driving 55.....?
The bigger mystery is why do I always seem to get behind them?
...with no chance of escape.
When I was something like 8 years old, my parents took us around Lake Ontario in search of a cottage; a summer place to call our own. We were somewhere on the Canadian side, and I had NO idea where we were, but I remember staying for the night at some farm or house or some such place that was old and used. My grandparents, Tom and Alice Joseph slept beside my parents in one bed, while my parents slept in the other. I was on the floor next to them. I awoke in the middle of the night and watched a man walk back and forth across the floor in front of us; stopping for a moment to look at me, before leaving the room for good.
When I told my parents the next morning I was politely/laughingly told that no one but us was there that night.
I knew what I saw.
I've been crazy for the unexplained ever since.
Humans love a puzzle.
We have to know. That's all there is to it.
