Sure, this is a youngster and they pretty much avoid people, but black bears can be unpredictable.

Here's a mule deer that came back to life to haunt the fellow that got him!
We love to stalk them, even on our walk through the neighborhood.
If they would only cooperate like this during deer season. It's a lot closer than it looks and this buck couldn't have cared less.
The rack on this buck is pushing his ears so far down he probably can't hear too well.
 Even as June begins to wane into July a buck like this fellow is slowly growing bone on his head.
 Put the bead right between his snood and waddles boys and girls.
This happened to me on the opener of NY firearms season, 2019.
When you're looking for a buck and you see one. be careful what you ask for.  25 feet up a tree with a rifled barrel, hybrid slugs, and a fever for deer.
